Covalent Metrology hires Aram Sarkissian as new Vice President of Growth and Strategy

Aram joins Covalent with proven experience in the test and analytical services lab space as Covalent looks to continue its impressive growth trajectory

Throughout 2024, Covalent Metrology has made considerable strides in elevating customers’ experience by developing new tools and systems that make it easier than ever for its clients to engage Covalent and maximize the value of their services. To shepherd the company’s ongoing efforts to enhance the service experience and deepen its client relationships, Aram Sarkissian has joined Covalent as its new Vice President of Growth and Strategy.

Aram brings over thirty years of experience in the Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) services business, where he has a proven track record of growth working with a range of companies in various end markets. His unique, cross-functional approach to leadership draws upon past leadership roles in sales and marketing, as well as technical expertise in working with and coordinating engineering teams to grow and deploy new offerings. His interdisciplinary background, strong commercial acumen, and passion for customer innovation have helped numerous groups tap into next-level growth and operational efficiency.

In his new role, Aram will spearhead strategic initiatives to measure and maximize customer satisfaction, improve communications and project coordination in Covalent’s Digital Platform, and expand Covalent’s partner network to connect customers with more flexible and advanced analytical solutions. Already this year, Covalent has significantly restructured and streamlined its sales and operations teams and practices to deliver faster testing and deeper analysis. Aram will oversee and direct all these and future commercial efforts.

Looking ahead to the remainder of 2024, Covalent has other big upgrades in store for its commercial practices. Aram is catalyzing initiatives across all channels to promote more open client communication, easier access to solutions and services, and elevated customer experiences.
